Transformation from conventional business management systems to smart digital is a recurrent trend in the current era. This has led revolution, and this context, hardwired technologies software industry play significant role However, beginning, security remains serious issue for all levels of stakeholders. Software vulnerabilities lead intrusions that cause data breaches result disclosure sensitive data, compromising organizations’ reputation translates into, financial losses as well. Most are financially motivated, especially healthcare sector. The cyber invaders continuously penetrate E-Health because high cost on dark web. Therefore, assessment web-based applications demands immediate intervention mechanisms weed out threats cyber-attacks. aim work provide efficient effective web application assessment. study worked with hybrid computational model Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Technique Order Preference by Similarity Ideal-Solutions (TOPSIS) under Hesitant Fuzzy (HF) environment. fuzzy sets solutions address decision making problems where experts counter hesitation make decision. proposed research endeavor will support designers developers identifying, selecting prioritizing best attributes applications’ development. empirical analysis concludes Robustness got highest priority amongst assessed set followed Encryption, Authentication, Limit Access, Revoke Data Validation, Maintain Audit Trail. results depict procedure would be most conversant mechanism determining security. also establishes guidelines which can refer identification prioritization build more secure trustworthy applications.
